About This Programme

Resilience & Wellbeing Training — Perform Under Pressure Without Paying the Price.

Resilience is not about being tougher or pushing through regardless. It is about having the self-awareness, strategies and support structures to perform consistently well — even when work is demanding, change is constant and pressure is relentless. This programme builds exactly those capabilities.

Grounded in positive psychology, NLP and practical wellbeing research, every delegate leaves with a personal resilience toolkit — concrete strategies they can apply immediately to manage pressure more effectively, recover faster from setbacks and sustain both performance and health over the long term.

Programme Outline

Full-Day Resilience & Wellbeing Training Programme

Morning — Session 1
Understanding Resilience — What It Is and How It Works

Delegates explore what resilience actually means, why some people manage pressure better than others, and what the research tells us about building mental strength deliberately. The session introduces the core resilience model used throughout the day and establishes a shared understanding of what we are actually developing — and why it matters.

Morning — Session 2
Mindset, Thinking Patterns and Cognitive Reframing

Drawing on positive psychology and NLP, delegates examine how thinking patterns directly affect resilience — and learn how to interrupt and reframe unhelpful thoughts under pressure. Practical techniques covered include cognitive reframing, the ABC model and NLP state management tools that delegates can apply immediately in high-pressure moments.

Afternoon — Session 3
Managing Pressure, Change and Uncertainty

Delegates identify their own primary pressure triggers, explore the difference between pressure and stress, and build a personal strategy for managing each trigger proactively. The session also covers resilience through change — how to maintain stability, confidence and effectiveness when circumstances are unpredictable or outside their control.

Afternoon — Session 4
Wellbeing Habits, Recovery and Personal Action Planning

The programme closes with the practical architecture of sustainable wellbeing — recovery routines, energy management, boundaries and the daily habits that protect long-term performance. Every delegate leaves with a written personal resilience plan: three specific changes they will implement in the week following the programme.
