Two Different Services. Both Fully Bespoke.
Some people need to learn a specific skill. Others need space to think through something ongoing with an experienced outside voice. We deliver both — as two distinct services, not one blurred offering — so you get exactly what you actually need.
Training teaches. Coaching facilitates.
They are not the same service delivered two ways — they solve different problems. Here is the honest difference.
Structured. Curriculum-led.
You are being taught a specific skill or framework — the same subject matter as our group courses, delivered individually. There is a defined syllabus and a clear outcome.
Client-led. Process-facilitated.
You bring the agenda. We help you think it through — we are not teaching content, we are facilitating your own thinking, judgement and decision-making.
Two genuinely different processes.
1-to-1 Training
Discovery Conversation
We explore what you need to learn, your current experience, and the specific outcome you are working towards.
Bespoke Programme Design
We design a session or short series built around that goal — not adapted from a group course, built for one person.
Delivery & Facilitation
Interactive, focused sessions connecting the skill directly to your real working situations. Virtual or in-person.
Review
A short follow-up to check the skill is embedding and identify anything that still needs reinforcement.
Executive Coaching
Contracting Conversation
We agree what you want to work on, how confidentiality works, and a realistic cadence for sessions.
Regular Coaching Rhythm
Sessions typically run fortnightly or monthly, depending on what you are working through and how much space you need between them.
Ongoing Facilitation
Each session works through what is live for you at that point — not a fixed script. The relationship adapts as your situation develops.
Progress Review
We periodically revisit the goals set at the start, so the coaching stays purposeful rather than open-ended.
Personal Development Coaching
One-to-one coaching delivered by an experienced, qualified life coach, helping individuals build confidence, gain clarity, overcome barriers and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. Distinct from Executive Coaching's workplace focus, this is for anyone wanting dedicated space to work through what matters to them personally — available alongside or independently of any organisational sponsorship.
Every subject we teach, available 1-to-1.
Anything we deliver to a group can be delivered individually, built entirely around you.
Common areas clients bring to coaching.

Common questions about 1-to-1 training & coaching.
Training teaches a specific skill or framework, with a defined syllabus and outcome. Coaching facilitates your own thinking on something you bring to the session — it is client-led rather than curriculum-led, and typically runs as an ongoing relationship rather than a single booking.
Yes. It is common for someone to complete a training session on a specific skill and separately begin an ongoing coaching relationship for broader development. The two are scoped and priced independently.
Confidentiality is agreed explicitly during the initial contracting conversation, including what — if anything — is fed back to a sponsoring organisation. This is discussed openly before coaching begins, not assumed.
Most coaching relationships run fortnightly or monthly, depending on what is being worked through. This is agreed during contracting and can be adjusted as the relationship develops.
Both. Sessions can be delivered virtually, in person at your premises, or as a mix, depending on what suits you best.
