FAA-accredited mental health first aid qualifications and workplace wellbeing programmes — equipping your people to recognise, respond to and support mental health in the workplace.
Mental health is the leading cause of long-term absence in UK workplaces. Yet most organisations still have no trained first responders, no clear response pathway and no structured approach to supporting employees before a crisis develops. The cost — in lost productivity, high absence, increased turnover and potential legal liability — is significant and largely avoidable.
Our mental health first aid and wellbeing programmes give your people the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise the signs of mental health challenges, provide initial support and signpost to appropriate help — protecting your people and your organisation.
All qualifications are accredited by First Aid Awards (FAA) and delivered by a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor — ensuring your organisation meets its duty of care and your MHFAs hold a recognised, credible qualification.

These programmes are designed for any organisation that wants to invest meaningfully in the mental health of its people — from manufacturing and retail to professional services, education, healthcare and the public sector. We recommend a minimum of one trained MHFA per 50 employees. Programmes are delivered in-house at your premises across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
