About This Programme

Half-Day Resilience & Wellbeing — Practical Resilience Skills in Half a Day.

When time is limited but a resilience boost is needed, this focused half-day session delivers the core skills and personal framework in a format that works around operational demands. In 3 to 3.5 hours, delegates gain a practical understanding of what resilience really is, how to identify their own pressure triggers, and what to do differently from the very next day.

Built around your team's specific pressures and environment, this is not a generic wellness session. Every half-day is tailored so that delegates leave with actionable strategies and a personal commitment to change — not just a set of slides to forget.

Choosing the Right Format

Half-Day Session vs Full-Day Programme

Both formats deliver practical resilience skills. The difference is depth — how thoroughly the programme explores the psychology behind resilience and how much personal development work each delegate undertakes.

Programme Outline

Half-Day Resilience & Wellbeing Session

Block 1 — First Hour
What Resilience Really Is — and Why It Matters

Delegates explore what resilience actually means, why some people manage pressure more effectively than others, and how it can be built deliberately as a skill rather than left to personality or luck. The block introduces the core resilience model used throughout the session and establishes a clear and shared starting point for the practical work that follows.

Block 2 — Second Hour
Pressure Triggers and Coping Strategies

Drawing on positive psychology and NLP, delegates identify their own primary pressure triggers and explore practical, evidence-based strategies for managing each one proactively. The block covers the difference between pressure and stress, how thinking patterns amplify or reduce the impact of pressure, and how to interrupt unhelpful responses before they escalate. Practical NLP and cognitive tools are introduced and practised.

Block 3 — Final 60–90 Minutes
Wellbeing Habits and Personal Resilience Plan

The session closes with the practical habits that protect long-term wellbeing — recovery routines, energy management and sustainable boundaries. Each delegate builds a personal resilience plan identifying three specific changes they will make immediately in their role, and the session closes with a short group commitment to action.
