About This Programme

Workplace Stress Management Training — Protecting Your People and Your Business

Stress is not a personal weakness — it is an organisational issue. When left unmanaged, workplace stress erodes performance, drives up absence, increases staff turnover and creates significant legal exposure for employers. Yet most managers are promoted with no training in how to identify stress in their teams, have sensitive conversations about it, or create the conditions that prevent it from escalating.

This full-day programme gives managers, HR professionals and organisational leaders the practical tools, legal awareness and people skills to tackle workplace stress head-on — using the HSE Management Standards framework and evidence-based resilience strategies to build a healthier, more productive organisation.
