Delegates bring their own laptops. All activities use fictitious workplace documents provided by the trainer. No real or confidential data is used at any point.
Managers establish an honest AI confidence baseline, understand what AI can and cannot do in a management context, and learn the CTAFT Prompting Framework through hands-on practice with real workplace scenarios.
Managers use AI to improve workplace communications, identify risks in AI outputs, cover GDPR and responsible use essentials, and close with a personal three-task action plan to implement the following day.
